We have a long experience within extrusion of aluminium profiles, CNC prefabrication of aluminium profiles (cutting, milling, grinding, brushing and surface plating of aluminium) and assembly of finished products. In close dialog with our customers, we develop required solutions based on approved documentation. Extrusion of aluminium profiles are based on extrusion tool for each production, which is maintained by us for long time usage.

All production of aluminium profiles are focused on delivery of finished aluminium profiles, CNC prefabricated and surface plated as specified, so our customers can take it directly into production at arrival and without time delay.

CNC prefabrication CNC prefabrication are done on automated CNC centers to secure a high quality level and repetitive quality level to satisfy our customers.

Anodized profiles have an anodized surface of about 10 µm, but if required up to 15 µm. We have solutions for both normal quality anodizing, high quality anodizing and hard anodizing.

Brushed profiles can be delivered in different solutions and in accordance with our customers specifications.

Certain products for industrial usage do not require separate surface treatment; raw aluminium profiles without additional surface treatment are also delivered to our customers.

All profiles up to 10 meters length can be anodized.

Production of aluminium profiles are processed in up to date automated production lines with effective feeding systems, which secure effective production from only 500 kg per aluminium profile. All profiles are packed in accordance with our customers requirements and shipped in safe way.

Customer designed profiles are extruded on basis of dedicated extrusion tools, where the customer pay a tool share at the beginning of production. Our customers have exclusivity on each extrusion tool and we maintain the tool for long term usage.

It is not only extruded aluminium profiles we deliver, but also CNC prefabrication of aluminium profiles. Prefabrication is done after extrusion of the aluminium profiles and in very flexible setup. Effective high end CNC centers with good tolerance possibilities, makes it possible to CNC prefabricate aluminium profiles in high quality and within required tolerances, in a repeatable quality level. We can CNC prefabricate aluminium profiles up to 7 meter of length.

Anodizing of aluminium products

Anodizing is a process that changes the aluminium surface through a chemical process with the result that both surface finish and strength are improved. Anodizing of aluminium are used within furniture industry and other segments with a requirement of strong surface and improved surface finish. In the anodizing process, a line of colors can be created on the surface too through chemical change of the surface. For industrial usage it is not always required to anodize the surface of aluminium profiles.

Before extrusion of the aluminium profiles, the raw aluminium cinders looks as below. Ø150 mm or larger aluminium cinders are used in the production for effective extrusion of customer designed aluminium profiles. We can extrude customer designed aluminium profiles from 500 kg.
