Nordic Material Supply A/S produces rubber-metal and rubber-plastic vulcanized components to the Danish industry for usage within shock absorption and special solutions where rubber-metal or rubber-plastic solutions are required vulcanized together to one strong unit. All parts are produced in accordance with our customers requirements to design and specifications.

We have large experience within production of rubber-metal and rubber-plastic solutions for industrial purposes.

We cover a wide area within rubber-metal and rubber-plastic vulcanized solutions and cover requirements within:

  • Special requirements for rubber hardness or flexibility
  • Rubber products with high requirements within security, tightness, heat resistance and aggressive environments.
  • Rubber products for trains and machines
  • Rubber products with customer designed geometry and design, i.e. bumpers, plugs, gaskets etc.
  • Mechanical rubber parts manufactured as injection moulding

Today we manufacture rubber, rubber-metal and rubber-plastic products within:

  • Oil resistant compounds, based on Nitrile rubber (NBR) and Fluorocarbon rubber (FKM)
  • Heat resistant compounds based on Silicone (MVQ)
  • Water-proof rubber Special compounds based on nature rubber (NR), Styrene-Butadiene
    rubber (SBR), epichlorohydrin syntetic rubber (ECO) , Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene rubber (CSM) and other special compounds
  • Non vulcanized, soft and hard rubber products, resistant against aggressive chemicals.
  • Sheets of rubber for industrial purposes

Our manufacturing plants are approved for deliveries to the automotive and railway industry. Products used in shock absorber systems, engine shock absorbers, bumpers and other usage.
